GOING TO BE AWESOMES

but, i have to continue my recount of annual.

So, Field phase started and we walked to our overnight location (fancy for campsite). And we walked past these trees that looked like they came from a fantasy story or game, so we called them dota trees. Basically, the rest of that night wasnt that cool.

The next day, the platoons and sections split off and our platoon (platoon 1 with the girls) were walking to encampment cove. I was in section 2 so we left second. The walk there took far longer than it shouldve because we have girls (no offence) and a few noobs who kinda had to do their lacing and blousing like every 30 seconds. What a pain. ==' So since the year 10 guys (Alex, Will, Chiwai and myself) were so blazingly fast, we got moved towards the back to be bum party and basically make people walk faster. As a result we got to the campsite like last. =(

Since we were last, all the good spots were taken. So we looked for like 10 minutes and FOUND THE BEST EFFING PLACE TO TENT. it was on top of a hill and had a large enough clearing to build a fire. AWESOME. We built our fire. and it was like massive and shit. Alex and Will boiled water with smaller fires and raped their cooking equipment but it was still awesome. While our fire was burning like a bitch, Mrs Billings comes over and asks "is it okay if i put my rubbish in your fire?" And were like isnt that like bad and possibly illegal, and shes like meh whatevs and does it anyway. And were like OMFG SO COOL NOW WE CAN BURN ALL OUR EFFING RUBBISH YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!. So we did that, and might i say that plastic burns really well and also this meant that we didnt have any rubbish left. AWW RIGHT xD

Next day, we walked with packs to Frenchs Farm to set up camp. It was like 2kms away so didnt take long. Rest of the day was taken up by walking up and down the isthmus (look it up). It was pretty good but so unnecessary. I cooked on the sand which was a fun experience and on the way back we found mussels and crab. I also found an oyster and ate it on the spot. People were disgusted with me and thought i was an animal. WELL GROW UP PEOPLE, YOURE MEANT TO EAT OYSTERS RAW >=O. Anyway, we took the mussels and crab claws back to camp site and basically boiled them in water and ate them after our normal dinner. It was awesome, the mussels were really sweet but a little bit sandy and the crab was like the best ive ever tasted without adding seasoning. NICE (Y)

That will be all for now, next 3 days of hike and last 2 days in civ will be next =D
